The TPW project team will officially start the exchange event for the NFT「Lightening」at 20:30 (GMT+8) on June 14, 2023, and will airdrop the NFT「Vac7 Battery」to users holding the NFT「Lightening」at 20:00 (GMT +8) on June 15, 2023.

Detailed rules are as follows:
1. NFT 「Lightening」 Exchange Event
Exchange Rule: 1「TPW : Vac7」NFT can be exchanged for 1 「Lightening」NFT.
Exchange Period: June 14, 2023, 19:30 - June 15, 2023, 17:00 (GMT +8).
Note:
(1)The NFT「TPW : Vac7」used for the exchange will be marked as "Destroyed" after the exchange is completed. Ubox will regularly perform the necessary contract burn for the corresponding NFTs.
(2)The「Lightening」NFT is only a certificate for the airdrop of the「Vac7 Battery」NFT and will not be freely tradable.

2. NFT「Vac7 Battery」Airdrop Event
Airdrop Eligibility: Users holding the NFT「Lightening」
Airdrop Rules: Each holding of 1「Lightening」NFT will receive 20 NFT「Vac7 Battery」(Airdrop is cumulative, and the final issuance will be based on the actual qualifying number).
Snapshot Period: June 15, 2023, 18:10 - June 15, 2023, 18:20 (To ensure a fair and impartial snapshot result, kindly refrain from trading during the snapshot period.).
Note:
(1)The airdrop will be completed before June 15, 2023, at 20:30 (GMT +8). Please check your personal account inventory at that time.
(2)The NFT 「Lightening」used for airdrop eligibility will be marked as "Destroyed" after the airdrop. Ubox will regularly perform the necessary contract burn for the corresponding NFTs.
