The compensation details for the issue with the mystery box opening odds are as follows:
Due to feedback from our users that there were 'odd' issues during the opening of 「EB-異界召喚」mystery boxes. We have re-adjusted and optimized the opening odds for the mystery boxes on the same day at 20:25 August 10, 2023(GMT+8). To express our apologies, we will provide 1:1 compensation in the form of mystery box airdrops to users who performed box openings before the optimization (meaning for every 「EB-異界召喚」 box previously opened, users will receive one 「EB-異界召喚」 box airdropped).
The airdrop will be completed before 15:00 on August 15, 2023(GMT+8).
About the restart of NFT 「Eternal BattleField」subscription:
Round 1
For users who were eligible for subscription in the previous Round 1 but were unable to subscribe successfully (due to refund causing loss of eligibility, non-purchase, or other reasons), the subscription activity will be reopened during the following time period.
Time: 15:00, August 15, 2023 - 18:00, August 15, 2023 (GMT+8)
Priority purchase eligibility:
· Eternal BattleField cooperative community and VIP users;
· Ubox platform VIP holders and community contributors;
· Lucky users of Ubox and Eternal BattleField community activities;
Note: Priority purchase qualifications can be superimposed. If the round 1 purchase time ends and there is still remaining, it will flow into the Round 2 purchase.
